Chevy Camaro Key Wont Come Out

I bought the 2015 Camaro brand new in April of 2016.

I used the Camaro solutiontook out 3 screws 1 under the wheel and 2 on either side of the wheel when you turn it to 6 oclock and took the bottom panel off to expose under where the key goes.
